Villa Birdhouse

Villa Birdhouse is a modern and luxurious holiday home located on the edge of the peaceful residential area of Labinci, just 7 km from the crystal-clear sea and 10 km from the enchanting Poreč. This stunning property offers the perfect combination of comfort and elegance, ideal for an unforgettable vacation.

In the immediate vicinity of the villa, just a few minutes' drive away, are all the main amenities: a store only 300 meters away, typical restaurants, charming cafes, rural households, and wine roads. The nearest pebbly beaches and various sports activities are in the Lanterna resort, 9 km away.

On the enclosed property of 900 m², guests have at their disposal a 40 m² saltwater pool, a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, a large barbecue, a separate WC by the pool, a trampoline, a swing, table football, and several parking spaces. Villa Birdhouse can accommodate up to 10 people in its spacious 380 m² living space spread over two air-conditioned floors.

The rooms in the house are exceptionally spacious, with a 75 m² living room that exudes comfort thanks to the 3-meter high ceilings and 2.4-meter high interior doors. The ground floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with designer Ghost chairs, and three comfortable sofas for relaxation. Two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which has a bathtub in the room, are also located on the ground floor, along with a separate WC.

Poreč, one of the most famous towns on the Croatian coast, is only a few minutes' drive away. The town is known for its rich history, the beautiful Euphrasian Basilica which is a UNESCO World Heritage site, charming narrow streets, and numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops. Poreč also offers a wide range of sports and recreational activities, from cycling and hiking to water sports and sailing.
